1. By placing order to MEEKOSHOP, it means that you HAVE READ our Terms and Conditions and are FULLY AGREED with it.
2. All goods / apparels sold are NOT refundable and non-exchangeable.
(Note: Every items will go through an out-going inspection before shipping.)
3. Kindly please take note that there might be slight variation of the colors of the goods / apparels as compared to the pictures shown in the blog due to monitor resolution.
( Reminder: If you are a perfectionist, please do not place order as there will be no refund or exchange of items. Thank you for your understanding. *∩_∩* )
4. Apparels are in free size unless stated. Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches or ways of measurement. Kindly please ensure that the size stated (if any) fit you as there will be no refund and items are non-exchangeable.
5. Kindly please email to meekoshop@gmail.com to place your order. All orders will be processed within 2 working days. An confirmation of order will be mailed out after which.
6. Kindly please make payment within 3 days after the confirmation of order is being emailed to you. Once payment is made, no cancellation and changes of order or refund of payment will be entertained.

7. All payments are to be made by ATM or Internet Banking transfer to POSB saving account. Details of account and total payment will be stated in the confirmation email.

3. Date and Time of transaction

Via Internet Banking

9. After payment is received, in-stock items will be mailed out within 2 working days. As for pre-order basis items, kindly please allow 14-30 working days for the items to be arrived. Should there be any delay at the supplier side, you will be informed and updated.
10. For items that are out-of-stock, you may opt for an exchange of item, otherwise full refund of money will be made.
11. All items will be mailed out by registered postage or normal postage (choose this option at your own risk) at buyer's options. We will NOT be responsible for any lost items post via normal postage.
12. Postage Rate :-
Accessories/Lingerie/Belts: $1.50 per item
Tops/Clothes/Dress: $3.00 per item
Cardigan/Jean/Jacket: $4.00 per item
Bag/Shoes/Boot: $5.50 per pair
B – Local Postage Charges
Normal Postage: $1.50 - $3.30
Registered Postage: Additional $2.25
Meet-Up: $2.00 (Only applicable to Boonlay / Jurong East / Marsiling / Admiralty / Woodlands / Paya Lebar)
Will advise accordingly for more than 5 items.
For items like Jeans, shoes, jackets and bags, we will advise accordingly if the weight is over the above rate.
